The branch statement (most editorial)

20-30 garden roses in a single color (champagne, blush, or burgundy) in a hand-thrown stoneware vessel. Lush enough to fill the loft volume. $400-$800.
The dramatic dark
Deep burgundy garden roses + plum dahlias (in season) + dark calla lilies + smoke bush in a brass urn. Striking against white SoHo walls. $400-$700.
SoHo Building Realities
Historic cast-iron buildings (most of SoHo)
Most SoHo buildings are landmarked 19th-century cast-iron structures with strict delivery protocols. Common quirks:
- Service entrance only — no front-door deliveries; we use the side or back entrance
- Freight elevator only — passenger elevators (where they exist) are off-limits to delivery
- Pre-approval required for any delivery in some buildings (24-hour notice)
- Scheduled delivery windows only (e.g., 10 AM - 4 PM weekdays)
The full-service condo buildings (40 Mercer, 471 Washington, etc.)
Newer luxury construction. Standard doorman protocols. Some have private elevator delivery direct to the unit.
Co-op buildings
Many SoHo lofts are co-ops. Some require pre-clearance for any delivery. We coordinate with building management before delivery for these buildings.

From our Upper East Side studio, SoHo is 25-35 minutes by car. For SoHo same-day, we recommend ordering by 12 PM (vs. 3 PM Upper East Side cutoff).
