Welcome to TJ Flowers & Events. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value. We make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement you selected. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner.
3. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in Manhattan and surrounding NYC boroughs for orders placed by 2:00 PM EST. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time unless a timed delivery is purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the delivery person will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor/doorman.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our arrangements. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Tjflowersevents@gmail.com or call (212) 628-1214. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement arrangement or store credit.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the arrangement has been prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
6. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of TJ Flowers & Events and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TJ Flowers & Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the arrangement.
