Refund policy
Return Policy
Because our products are fresh, perishable flowers and plants, we do not accept returns. Instead, we stand behind every arrangement with a quality guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us right away at tjflowersevents@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Flower Arrangements
- Damaged or not up to standards on arrival: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our standards, we will replace them free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing tjflowersevents@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the arrangement.
- Flowers failing within 48 hours: If your flowers begin to fail within the first 48 hours of delivery, contact us for a replacement.
- After 3 days: We are unable to offer credit, replacement, or refund on floral arrangements more than 3 days after delivery.
Plants & Orchids
- Damaged on arrival: If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge when notified within 24 hours of delivery.
- Plant dies within 7 days: If your plant dies within the first 7 days, we will replace it free of charge.
- After 7 days: We are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. If a delivery is attempted and the order is returned to us, the delivery charge will be withheld from any refund.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and local sourcing, we may substitute flowers or vases of equal or greater value to preserve the overall look and feel of the arrangement. Where possible, we’ll reach out before delivery for approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their perishable or custom nature, the following are non-returnable:
- Fresh flowers and plants
- Custom or special-order arrangements
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
Once an approved refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at tjflowersevents@gmail.com.
