Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Manhattan, with select service to Brooklyn, Queens, and the surrounding boroughs. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2PM.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by location. Manhattan delivery starts at $15. Contact us for pricing to other boroughs.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
We offer morning (9AM-12PM) and afternoon (12PM-5PM) delivery windows. For exact timing, please call us directly.

Orders

Can I customize my arrangement?
Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. Call us or visit our studio to discuss your vision.

What is your substitution policy?
Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and color palette of your chosen arrangement.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Our subscription service delivers fresh flowers on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Visit our Subscriptions page for details.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. For same-day orders, please call us directly at (212) 628-1214 as soon as possible. Once an arrangement has been prepared and dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
